i like the faith... and love ur interpretation of the the war b/w heart and mind one... and the grass is not always greener on the other side.. but i think the first one is more like "performing/dancing for ur life".. neway.. cool ones... cheers!
@vitruvian they are left upto your own interpretations - what you say can also be true :)
all i meant is that if you live life with always seeking approval and applause from others then we are living on the edge of mental breakdown as soon as this support dwindles.....
my fav ..."the grass is not always greener on the other side" it never ever is...even i know..i still feel grass is greener on the other side.....i think i am insane.....
Hi Ceedy, Thanks for visiting my blog and for the encouraging comments you made. I love the cartoons and the messages they depict. Have a nice and peaceful day.
@cinderella yes, i sometimes imagine bubbles around people who i feel are lying....just like in the printed cartoons (what they say and what they really mean :))
@cinderella thanks....yes the poem is original penned by me....if interested i wrote one sometime back - check it out :) http://ceedyreflections.blogspot.com/2007/10/poets-palate.html
@solitaire yes, he is....but if you read closely it depicts a state of mind we all have....immediate circumstances in life want to make us destroy ourselves and our existence.....but there is something in our subconcious....that makes us not go over the edge....
you can add me....its fine...i will also reciprocate
Wow! loved them all. I'm always amzd at people who use their creative talents to somehow get the message across in a way that'll reach people. Mix humour with profound thoughts. A very difficult combination. Kudos to them and to you for posting it with your interesting interpretations. Will stay in my mind for days to come :)
@torturer welcome back....where di you disappear....guess you might have been in the dungeons....
i looked at it very carefully.....colorful people are over the edge and are relying on the dull ones.....what do you really want me to see..some out and say
Out of your darkest dungeon.....I have come to illuminate.
You are still not looking far beyond...Do you really believe that colorful people rely on dull people?
Let me ASK you this simple Questions...In the first cartoon, where do you see your self?? Are you among the audience or the Colorful people? And why are you there??
@ architorture: Dull people can never know what living on the edge means?!! They sit and watch the ones who are out there living it all - the colourful daredevils? Is that how u see it?
@alex Thanks alex... I wish I knew them...this was a part of an email containg something like 20 cartoons....in a powerpoint format... if i do get the source I will surely post it :) if you are interested email me - i will send you that file

You have missed the true beauty of that first cartoon. Look at it again with eyes and mind wide open...
You don't need nobody's approval to LIVE your LIFE. Are you getting it??
