The way I understood, chinese characeters are based on sound, not alphabets....according to him they have "che" "chu" but "chi" does not exist.....
yes it looks much smaller - but I like the calligraphic look :)

yeah this is an ongoing process -started to blog just a few months back - so your suggestion is welcome and will do that "poetry"

Calvin of course is undeniably the winner wherever he is. Sand art was amazing. Couldn't guess the image until the body was drawn. Starts with the shadow! Man! Maybe that's how sand art is done. I got my name written from someone in Japanese a long time bck ;) they all look the same...

yes calvin (bill watterson) is GOD.....can relate to it in every way :)
yes the scripts for all the oriental langauge or for that matter south indian languages all look the same....
we had a cultural exchange - where I wrote for him in hindi.....

wow! i loved the calvin and hobbes one..the only one i saw...was going thru ur images label...
wish i cud do something like that...a calvin mural in post-its..i already have my door papered with the strips, but this would be ultimate...
